Performance and Defensive Driving Series

The Performance and Defensive Driving Series is designed for members with street legal cars. It is an educational program to help members drive their vehicles with greater skill on the street and on the track. The program includes both classroom and on-track exercises. Education, safety, confidence, courtesy, and enjoyment are the goals of the program; therefore racing is prohibited.

The street car groups are provided with four on track sessions daily, and are broken down as follows:

Red Group

For drivers with some experience driving at speed on a track.
Passing is only allowed on the straights.

Orange Group

For drivers with more experience.
Passing is allowed anywhere on track.

Green Group

For drivers with more experience.
Passing is allowed anywhere on the track.
